Due to Patient Access updating their website on 1st June, some patients are having difficulties logging into their account. Patient Access are looking into this issue. This is a nationwide problem.
Patient Access are advising when you first access the new website via the email/message they have sent, ensure you use your USER ID not your email address. Once you are inside the new site you can then confirm your email address for future use as a log in mechanism
If you have forgotten your user ID or password click the appropriate link and a reminder text or email will be sent to you. If you are still not able to access the website please try again in a few hours.
